Retrain Your Brain for Happiness

Do you want to be more successful in life? Do you want to make improvements in your current job, or perhaps find a career that fits you better? Or, maybe you just want to get up and enjoy the day in front of you in a more peaceful and calm state.

To accomplish any of these things, all you have to do is change the way you think to better feeling thoughts. Why? It’s really very simple. Remember, how you feel is creating your reality. So when you do this, everything will begin to flow.

Did you know that the single greatest advantage in the modern economy is a positive engaged workforce?

While that statement sounds like it only applies to those in the business world, the truth is that we are all employed in the "workforce" of our own life.

When you are authentically happy, you are more successful in everything you do... both professionally and personally. You are healthier, living with more energy, more creative, more focused, and more engaged. You are able to work more intelligently and efficiently, and you feel more confident. And it’s even been proven that happy sales people make 37% more than those who aren’t.

So how can you be happy now? Begin to retrain your brain for happiness. Put your focus on good feeling thoughts and make a conscious effort to feel good doing whatever you are doing in each segment of your day. Live more mindfully in each moment and every activity. For example, be grateful for your comfortable bed and pillows as you wake up. Be present as you water your plants or fold your laundry. Feel lots of love and gratitude for the comfort, beauty, and conveniences of everything around you. Just do this one thing as you go through your day and you will be amazed at how good you will feel very quickly.

As with any other worthwhile habit it just takes practice to integrate it into your life. Be diligent and persistent. This may require that you bring your focus back to the present moment often in the beginning but as you stick with it you’ll love how you feel, and the results you’ll get.

So concentrate and focus repeatedly on what you like about you, your life, and all the good things you have in it right now as you are living it. I assure you, you have many more than you think!

You will feel better and better until you get to a "happy state," moving toward thoughts that are positive, uplifting, and joyful! In other words, focus your mind on only what you like.

Take notice as you begin to feel exhilarated and naturally more calm. In business, watch yourself become a client magnet and have greater success. In your personal life, I guarantee that others will notice your new level of happiness. And you will have more days of greater joy and deeper happiness... all leading you to a more Magical Life!
