During the month of February, we hear a lot around the theme of love. Last week, we celebrated two big love holidays, International Self-Love Day and Valentine’s Day. These worthy holidays simply implicate the importance of feeling lots of love in our lives every day... for everyone, and everything... including you! The incredible feeling of love creates calmness. In that calmness, we are able to tap even deeper into the power of our minds. When we evolve to higher levels of awareness and understanding of this power, we realize that we can be, do, and have anything.
Below are 3 Steps for harnessing the amazing power of LOVE:
1. Growth of your own inner beauty first is essential. It is the kind of beauty that you must focus on to live a life of joy and abundance. It is not only worthwhile, but crucial to dream of who you want to be and what you want to do. What makes your heart sing? Having clarity on this will dramatically enhance your beauty from the inside out. The human heart is full of love. So love yourself first and you will find that life is truly joyful. It all starts with you. Join with yourself in recognizing the beauty within and your life will begin to take shape in unexpected ways.

2. “Lead with Love” every moment of your day. When your love tank is full, it’s easier to make a conscious effort to share your love with everyone and everything. Today, think and say kind things about yourself and others. Notice how you feel the strength and joy of your true self when you speak these words. This week, consciously spend time sending love out all around you, wherever you go, and see the wonderful effect you have on others. Literally, lead with love by sharing a smile often and speaking kind words to everyone. You will see your success significantly rise. (Studies have proven that sales increase 37% when we are happier.) The effect you will have on colleagues, clients, family, and friends will inspire you to feel more love than ever before. As you radiate genuine happiness and joy, others will notice and be the beneficiary of your efforts. See the beautiful world you can create through loving yourself and others more.
3. Shower bliss! Now, see how much easier it is to go with the flow and to place your attention on showering huge amounts of bliss wherever you are. You can do this without a word, without even being noticed. Just set the intention in your thoughts to give more of this feeling, more joy, than you ever have before. Or, do it in more obvious ways, whatever feels good at the moment. But either way, when you do, you’ll know by the smiles and laughter that you inspire that your aim has been fulfilled.
As the Beatles so profoundly sang, All You Need Is LOVE! It is truly the most powerful force in the universe.
